Cant cancel my subscription

When i try to cancel my subscription using the New payment method site and mark the box Remove payment method on my site it dossent work? enyone?

Hi, you can't remove a payment method if you have an active subscription. You can cancel your subscription at this page - don't worry, you will keep your subscription for the length you paid 🙂
