Double billed and contact form not working

Double billed and contact form not working

i have just gone through my bank account and spotify have double billed me for the past 6 plusw months. Contact form wont allow me to use the drop down menu . totally annoyed and wany my £££ back. Its bang out of order

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a payment issue, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form too much personal information would be required to do it here in the public view. The drop down boxes won't be selectable untill you answer each question in order. If you have issues, you can also try this contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
