Double billing

Hello - I signed up for a free month of service of Spotify, but then decided to purchase an annual subscription for $119.88.  I was charged the $119.88 and it is pending as of June 17 on my credit card, but I was also charged an additional $4.99 on the same card on June 15....looks like i was charged for both a one-month fee as well as the annual fee....please reverse the $4.99 fee. as soon as possible.

Hi, payment issues can only be dealed with by the payments team. You can contact them using the Support Form 🙂
