Why am I getting charged by Spotify and AT@T?
Hey!
I've had a look into your account and can see that you paid twice this month.
However, don't worry about having lost any payments. Our system has taken account of both payments and has extended your Premium subscription to two months. This means that you will not be charged again on your next billing date. Your subscription will continue as usual the month after.
If you'd like the second payment refunded, please get in touch with our payments team. You can contact them by heading to 'About us' and then 'Contact Form'.
Regarding the charge from AT&T, this is something you would need to discuss with them.

It seems I have the same problem.
After I had to cancel my credit card, my Premium account went off.
Then, when I wanted to get it back using my new Credit Card, I had trouble connecting to my account and paying.
At the end, I paid two times for my single account!
Will it be okay also and count for two months ?

The exactly same thing happened to me. I hope the double payment counts for two months.
bmr - Yes it seems you clicked the purchase button twice in May. This means you weren't charged for June--your next payment will be taken this month.
matsmyr - You also paid twice today. Both of these have been credited to your 'matsmyr' account.
For any other users that think they may have paid twice, just head over to your subscription page. Have a look under under 'Subscribition Status' and 'View Receipts' to see if your next payment date has been pushed back/ if you weren't charged one month.
However, if you wanted to just pay for one month please get in touch via the contact form.
The same thing just happened to me. I purchased Spotify Premium and was sent two emails with two receipts and two order ID's, and I looked at my bank statement online and saw that I was charged twice. Can my Premium account be extended an extra month as well?
