ECard Does not Print

I purchased an ECard as a gift. When I go to print (rather than email) it, the following message is all that prints: 

"EcardException - No template with name found in repository"

I need to give her the gift today. Anyone know how to print the card? Thanks.

E-Cards are best sent as an email, as we create a personalised URL for each E-Card.

We do have some gift cards available in some stores. Take a look here if the are available in your country.
