Error 101

Error 101

Every time I try to log in on my Spotify account, it says "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify(error 101). Additionally you could try to change the currently used proxy settings". I have uninstalled Spotify several times, I have done everything with the firewall and the exception list. I have uninstalled my antivirus program. I have changed my password 1000 times and nothings works. How do I fix this?
