Error 408

Hi
İ have sometimes error 408 also. İ go on My Facebook account and delete spotify application and try to reconnect, in some cases this solved My problem.
But today İ cant Log in. İ have error 408.
I connected to spotify last sunday from home. After then I havent changed My settings, now I am at home again but I can not Log in
What can be the reason?

I have the same error.

My computer was bought in Australia, but I live in Canada, and got my account while in the U.S.A.

I can't sign it at all anymore and the site won't let me change my country to anything but Australia, so I'm really stuck.

Error 408 occurs when the system checks and your current IP address does not match the country that is set in your online profile and you have been "abroad" according to the system for more than 14 days on free accounts (Unlimited and Premium come with unlimited travel time). 

All you need to do to get this working again is to update your country from your online profile. If the system asks you to input payment details (although technically I think your IP address is enough these days), you need to enter those simply to verify you are from the country you are trying to change the location to, don't worry your card won't be charged. For more information on updating your country, see this FAQ.

If you have any issues getting it changed, get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you.
