Getting charged twice...again!

I have been charged twice for the 2nd month in a row. Assumed that the system would adjust but no it appears that I have 2 accounts: Risingbrook and 1151258037. Both bening charged. Please can someone sort this, delete the 1151258037 account and credit my account. I've tried emailing support but get the standard automated reply back saying check the FAQ and forums, so here I am!

If you have access to the duplicate account, you can unsubscribe from your online overivew.

Otherwise, if you received an automated email reply from support directing you here, just reply directly to that email message and your email will be pushed to a member of the team who can assist you.

I've just replied to the email although it was no-reply@spotify.com so not sure i'll get a response or not?!

Here's what i sent them incase any mods can sort this out via here:

I haven’t found a solution on the forums and I’m still getting charged twice per month. The account we want to use is “Risingbrook” not “1151258037”. Please cancel the “[snip-mod edit-email]” account and credit our other account for the months we have been incorrectly charged for. Both have the same email address associated with them “[snip-mod edit-email]”. I don’t have a password for the “1151258037” account so cannot cancel myself.

Hey Risingbrook - You should have already received an email from my colleague. 

Just for future reference, it's best not to post personal details (like email) on the public forums. We can keep helping via that email thread for now.
