Help regarding FB and having two accounts

I have two Spotify accounts (I have just noticed this). I have one set up in the UK, where I now longer live, and one in Oz. My problem is that the one in Oz is linked to FB which I have Spotify premium, the other in the UK (which I was a member years ago when Spotify was first introduced there) is not. I want to delete my FB account but im stuck to it through my premium account. Is there any way i can move it over to my UK one.

I tried to go into my UK one and change my details, but it will not let me saying "there is somebody using that e-mail address" I know, ME!! I thought the UK and Oz ones were the same, it seems not.
