Help with my problem

I sent you a message via your form and I was very specific with what I wanted to do but I received an email response that did not help me at all.

I would like to have my account removed so I can re-register using spotify register form or please open up my profile edit fields so I can actually have an option to input information like my username.

Hi, you do have to do this using the Support Form. If you get an automated reply, then just reply directly to it.
