I do exactly that, following the link..all my info is correct, email address etc but it's telling me I'm using spotify free. I literally had money taken out of my account for spotify premium about 2 weeks ago. Now I'm feeling on edge when I play my music loud, whether an ad is just going to blast out randomly. I've been having a few issues with spotify now, I want to skip to the next song, it goes back 3 songs, or just freezes. every month this has happened. I would like a free month to make up for all of that, or what you can offer to keep me a satisfied spotify customer and that persuades me from joining someone different..like deezer, I'm not hearing any issues with them

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
