I cant get a hold of anyone to help!

I cant log into my account using my Facebook or my email and I am being charged for the premium membership without being able to use it! Someone in spotify land needs to help me get into my account or just cancel the thjng all together. <removed email address - Mod edit>

Hi. I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I suggest you also remove your email address from your post to avoid endless spam 🙂

I had trouble loggin into my account using Facebook. I would suggest an app password set up through Facebook. The option is found in your security settings.
