My friend can't log into his old account (JakubSzwedo) because it's inactive and he asked me to ask you if you could renew it.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Tell your friend to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist him further.

If he gets an automated email reply back directing him to the community or help pages, he needs to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to him as soon as possible.
