Log in- error 408

Hi there. I signed up for the first time in US and now moved back to Portugal Europe. Since a few days ago both in my iPad and iPhone the same error 408 occurs every time I try to sign in. I've read that it's due to this moving around from one place to another. Can you help me solve this?
