Lost Playlists

Hi, I recently reinstalled windows and installed Spotify yet when I Log into spotify all my playlists are missing. My mobile phone app still has all my Lists its just the main program that has the problem.

Any advice that could help fix this for me?

Hi Vanrake - I've just checked and I can see 46 playlists in your account. Are you not seeing these even when you sign in with your 'vanrake' username?

Exactly what kind of mobile phone are you using? What version do you currently have installed?

Hi, had to reinstall and lost my playlists. They included titles such as mellow, jazzy, modern prog, post rock, minimalism, there was about a dozen in all.

14n - I can still see the playlists on your account. Ensure you are using "14n" as your username when you log in, rather than an email address, and you should be able to get back to your playlists.
