Missing Playlists/Number for Profile ID instead of User ID

Missing Playlists/Number for Profile ID instead of User ID

Hi,

 

I received an error on an attempt to login to my account this morning saying my username and passworrd combination did not match.  I reset my password and noticed that my playlists/inbox/friends had been deleted.  Is it possible I have created a duplicate account? What do I need to do to remedy this?

since the new app loaded, which was a problem in itself, all my playlists are gone too. the only device i have that still has my playlists is my iPhone.  iPad and Windows apps think I'm a new user Robot Mad

i found another post that said i had to log out of my "facebook" spotify and login with my spotify account directly. now i can see all my playlists again.
