I have just noticed that almost all of my starred tracks have dissapeared! Please can you help? Is there a way to restore it?

I would also suggest you fill in the form in the 3rd bullet point on the playlist recovery topic since that is the main place the team do playlist/track recoveries from.

Hi Guys,
Today ive noticed that all of my Starred songs have dissapeared ( halfway through a LLOONNGG walk,)
I have my stared songs set as local on my mobile device, i played 1 song that was already in the "now playing" screen then when the song finished the music stopped, i checked and all my songs are GONE!
When i got back to my office i went onto my machine and their not on the computer play list either.
HELP!!

That is very strange they disappeared whilst you where listening! Are all of your other playlists still there?
It is probably best if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can check this out for you in a little more detail - don't worry they will be able to restore those tracks for you too.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

MISSING STARRED TRACKS
Hello,
When I logged into my account I saw that everything had been erased on my profile. I was able to restore all of my playlists but there is no automatic way of restorign all my starred tracks please help me. How can I get them all to restore?

I've downloaded the new update but I don't see starred tracks are the library.
I am having the same issue. All of my starred tracks are just gone today.
