I pay 9.99 per month for a premium account with spotify and my one and only playlist that took me weeks to create is GONE!  I would like to know where it went (as it seems to be a common issue) and want a refund from my account.  

I would like some type of expalnation.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

I can see you have already posted about recovering your playlist on the correct topic. A member of the Spotify team should hopefully be able to restore this for you shortly. 

 

Just to speed things along whilst you wait for a reply on your playlist recovery, all requests dealing with payments or refunds need to go directly to the payments team using the online contact form.
