On 12/27/12 I renewed My wife's premium subscription. She is no longer receiving the premium. My bank account was charged by spotify On 12/27/12

What devices are you attempting to use Spotify premium on?

In addition to Michael's question above, can you double check that your most recent payments have been successful (since you should have been billed since 12/27/12) and check your subscription status on your online account?

Ah, I see...

In that case, I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down the account which your premium is active on using your billing details. Normally when this happens, a duplicate account has accidentally been created in the system which you are logging into, they will be able to sort this out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
