Not syncing

My music is no longer syncing for offline play. Everyone I hit the sync button for my playlist, nothing happens. What can I do to fix this problem?

what device are you having the issue on? what is the operating system, and your current version of Spotify?

I have an iPhone 5 with IOS 6.1.4 and spotify version 0.7.1.23
