Offline access for this computer has been withdrawn

Hi,

I got this message today? Why?

Where can I see which devices has offline access? Can I control this somehow?

I haven't changed anything and all of a sudden I got this message on my computer which I consider to be my "master" since I have my itunes files on this computer as well?

Why is there no interface to this information?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you post on this topic so your offline devices are reset.

There is an idea to be able to do this yourself here.

Actually, this is a terrible feature and obviously prone to error.  Today when I logged on I found the error message offline access withdrawn, even though I believe that I only have offline files stored on three devices.  It's idiotic that I can't see what devices spotify thinks I have synced offline.  Rather than just wipe out thousands of synced songs why isn't there a warning given that some device will be dropped and then allow the user the option of cancelling or choosing the device to drop.

Again, I believe that I only have three devices synced so the above shouldn't apply.  Now I have to resync a big playlist, lots of bandwidth and money needlessly out of my pocket.

Fix this!

Just follow Anthony's instructions and do add your support to that idea.
