Offline mode - songs not showing up

Hey All -

I boought premium and then synced my songs to be available in offline mode (via desktop)

However, when I got on the subway this morning and tried to listen to my songs, the songs werent available.

Does anyone know how I can sync songs once and then have them available offline at all times?

Howdy there Jmartel!

To access those files offline, you must select that option on all the devices you want the tracks to be available offline on.

eg, If you enable it on your Desktop, it will only be available offline on your desktop, you must also enable it on your Mobile Device to have tracks playable offline on your Mobile.

I did that yesterday, moved playlists to my iPhone for offline mode and it worked yesterday then today got to the gym and it wouldn't play in offline mode. What happened between yesterday and today. my setting on Spotify on the iphone was "offline" but the playlists shown but not highlighted or playable...
