Offline tracks

When I open my account, I get the message "The offline tracks have expired. You need to login to Spotify to re-activate them".

What do I have to do? I do log into my account every time I use my account. Is there something else I need to do? I really, really need help.

You are required to connect Spotify online at least one every 30 days. This is to ensure that your account details are still in order.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean...? I do use Spotify online, but i still get the message.
