PLAYLISTS DISAPPEARED

PLAYLISTS DISAPPEARED

All of my playlists disappeared, although it doesn't appear to be related to duplicate accounts.  What's strange is that there's a new playlist title "1" with songs that I haven't even heard before.  I have followed the instructions in these forums regarding disconnecting Facebook, resetting my password, etc., but I am still stuck without my playlists.   Also, my account has not been downgraded from Premium to Free as others have noted in these forums.

 

Can someone please help with this?  It's extremely frustrating as a paying customer.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Hopefully they will be able to track down (or restore) your account using your billing information.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
