Yes I have changed my email preferences in both my paid and facebook accounts - but still getting loads of irritating emails about people adding stuff to playlists I don't care about! 

 

Please delete my Facebook account as I never use it, and these emails are incredibly frustrating - especially for a service I am paying for!!!

Looks like you hadn't quite unchecked everything in your Preferences, so I've just set everything to 'Never'. You shouldn't receive anymore.
