I am cliking on the link Change payment method or card details.
The following payment card is currently used for payment:
Card number: **** **** **** 4745
Expiration date: 2013/02
This card has expired. Please update your card details.

I then get this:
You are currently registered as being in USA. If you intend to use a payment method in another country, you need to change your country to match. Updating your payment details or method of payment will not activate, upgrade or extend your subscription
Is your zip code and country set correctly on your online profile?

Yes. Just double checked. I'm basically using the exact same card, but with an updated expiration date and security code.

Hmm. Please could you cancel any sunbscription, remove your card and then try to re-add it?
Still no joy. What I don't understand is why it says my zip code doesn't match my country when there was no place to enter my zip code to begin with....

Have you tried using a different browser? Unlikely to help but who knows!
I am going to suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form so they can take a closer look at why this is happening.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Was using Chrome (MAC) just tried Safari and same result. What I dont understand is why if I am adding a new payment method I have to click "Change" Is there a button missing?
Also, though I appreciate your help, I originally wanted to contact customer servie but could not find how to do so.
Love Spotify though!

I am having the exact same problem it won't let me do anything!!! I can't change it cancel it nothing!!! And I tried to do the contact form and it is grayed out and doesn't work!!!!
