Paypal payment failed

Paypal payment failed

Hi,

 

Normally I pay for my premium account via paypal/pre-paid creditcard.

 

This was no problem but the last payment failed and I don't know why. Ballance is OK. Nothing changed

 

Does somebody has knowledge of Paypal's changed any requirements like the confirmation of your creditcard within Paypal I suddenly see in my Paypal account. Is this the reason the payment failed?

 

Is this recently introduced ( can't find any Paypal history of the 1,5 euro test payment involved partt of the confirmation proces)

 

Anyway I confirmed the card but this will take some days. Will Spotify retry this last payment or must I perform a manually payment once. I do not want to be disconencted from the Premium service

To pay with Paypal you have to have a bank card linked to you account.

 

If the payment has failed, Spotify will try again in a day or two. If that also fails, you'll be moved to the free subscription and will have to resubscribe to premium.
