Permanently Offline after moving overseas

Hi,

I joined spotify in Australia and my account no longer works (permanently in offline mode) now that I am in the UK. I have already updated my account location but I'm still unable to go online. How can I fix this and still continue to use the free version of spotify?

Kfin - Could you try logging in again? I've just tried a little something from here. If it's still being difficult, could you try a clean reinstall for us. It may be a cache issue, and a clear out should sort it.
