I am getting a new phone soon and was wondering if I paid for a premium membership with my cureent device it would work when I downloaded the app onto the new device? Thank you!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

As long as your new phone is running a Spotify supported platform such as android, iOS, BlackBerry or WP7 then you will be able to use your Spotify premium account on it! You can use your account on as many devices as you like, the only limitation is you can only store offline content on 3 devices (max 3,333 tracks per device) at any given time.
