I am thinking about getting a Premium account, but I was wondering, if I ever decide to get rid of it, will I lose all the music on my phone or computer.

No, I think if you decide to not continue the premium subscription, you will be again a free user when the premium subscription ends. Sure if you have offline playlists or such, those will expire, since it needs the a subscription.

I don't see how it could touch local files.
