I just upgraded, logged in/out several times, reinstalled and still nothing. What is going on? Help

Does it say you're premium on your subscription overview?

Saying I'm an unlimited user until 11-16 but will not allow me to use any premium features. Also I've just realized the e-receipt I was emailed after upgrading is no longer in my mailbox. Not sure what to do. Thx

Unlimited isn't premium, premium is premium - unlimited gives advertless streaming and no limits.

I have just re-subscribed to Spotify Premium. Still no luck with Spotify on my phone (iPhone5). I have re-installed Spotify a number of times already on my phone. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I have gone through that process numerous times already. Still no luck !

Post in that thread and one of the staff will take a look at your account. Alternatively, you can use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

I just got premium yesterday and it says I have it on the application but I can't use any of the premium features. It won't let me listen to any of my music.
