Problem accessing my playlists

I forgot to top up my Spotify premium account and let it expire by one day.  The next day when I went in and submitted my gift card information and went to play from my playlists, it wouldn't let me.  It gives me a message that says only premium users can stream on demand.  I have already paid for the next two months, so I am not sure what to do to access my playlists.  I logged off and logged back on thinking that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I received a receipt from Spotify, but no way of contacting anyone, hopefully someone on the community page can give me some insight of how to fix this problem. thanks!!

Hello, have you tried uninstalling and installing the app or program?
