Separated Accounts

I've been using Spotify by connecting to Facebook.

 

Today, I wanted to log into my Spotify on my friend's phone. She has a separate Spotify account while I have the Facebook one. So, when I logged into mine, our accounts merged together.

 

I got home and disconnected our accounts.

 

However, when I tried logging into mine again, I realized that despite using the same Facebook method of logging in, it created an entirely new account.

 

I know the ID (the bunch of numbers) for my other account, but I don't know how to access it.

 

This new one doesn't have all of my original playlists.

 

How can I fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to sort this out for you. Be sure to include as much information as you can, but don't worry your playlists will be saved somewhere! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
