Recently bought Spotify Premium and am unable to access it on my computer.

Recently bought Spotify Premium and am unable to access it on my computer.

I noticed that there were some problems recently regarding premium, but saw a post saying they were sorted out.  I am, however, still having issues.

 

I've tried all of the fixes I've found (logging off and back in, deleting my cache, etc.) but nothing has worked.  It still asks me to upgrade if I try to enable high quality streaming or if I try to access the premium features on my phone.

 

Can anybody give me some insight as to what's going on?

 

 

edit: Also, when I try to login with my spotify account (not my facebook profile), it keeps on saying my password is incorrect.  I've reset my password twice to make sure that I didn't screw up one of the characters on the first reset, and it refuses to acknowledge that it's the correct login.  I know the password is correct and I know my username is correct.  I can login just fine on the website with that user/pass combo.

The same thing keeps happening to me. I hope they fix this soon.
