Retrieve password

Hello

I need help. I wrote some emails but no answer.
I have a problem with my account spotify. I do not remember my password, so I can not access my Spotify account. I've tried resetting my password, but when I clicked on "remember password" and I put my username the answer is "user name does not exist." If I enter my data I enter facebook new profile that has no friends or favorites lists. Brand new.
I know my profile there because my friends are subscribed to my playlists and they can see my songs.

What do I have to do to recover my password?

Do you normally sign in using Facebook or using a dedicated Spotify username and password?

I always use my spotify account. If I sign in with facebook my lists and featured songs do not appear. It's like a new profile. The profile of facebook and spotify are not linked

You should be able to reset your password by entering your email address on the reset page.

I've already tried to reset the password through my email. The problem is that when I enter the email I get the message "You are using your Facebook account to log in Spotify. To change your password on facebook.com Facebook do." If I use my email address to access Spotify (is the same as in facebook) happens what I said before. I enter a completely new profile spotify without lists and songs. I do not remember entering my email on Spotify in the past, I've always done with my username. I guess this problem is easily solved for the support team, but they have not answered any message that I have commanded you (unless you work with them. Sorry if that's the case)
