spotify premium offline modus not working

Solved!! Charged for Premium subscription on day 1 of 30 day trial

Hi I clicked on the "Try Premium for 30 days link" today, and enabled the Premium service. The web page said I would be charged after 30 days; but I got charged $9.99 immediately. What's going on ... and how do I get a refund. Thanks
