I'm the US. I recently upgraded to premium. If I were to move abroad and I kept the subscription running, would I be able to use my Spotify subscription outside of the 13 supported countries?

Hi! Yes, you will. Provided you keep the subscription running with your US payment details and keep the country in your account as the USA.
