Spotify Gift Card error

I try to redeem my 10 euro spotify gift card, but i constantly get this error;

 "Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het later opnieuw of ga naar onze Help afdeling." which means; "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later or go to our Help desk."

I was reading a post of earlier today, but I don't know how to interact with people on forums, as I never use them. There was something about sending you're code in a private message, but I dont know how.. 😞

Does that sound right ?
