Hello! I bought a gift card for myself today, and want 1 month premium. After I've typed the code and pressed ok, Google Chrome (And Internet Explorer) get an error message that told that I can't get connection on the website. Whats wrong? 😞
Problem solved by restarting computer. Im sorry! 🙂

The easiest way to get this sorted is to pop the Spotify team an email directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. Be sure to include the code in the message.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
