Spotify keeps charging me and I've unsubscribed multiple times!

Spotify keeps charging me and I've unsubscribed multiple times!

I really do not think this is acceptable, I am under so much financial stress right now. I have tried to cancel my premium account thing more than 5 times and it will not work! I have tried to contact spotify but because I have not got access to the email this account uses it will not work, what do I do!?

Sorry to hear you are having issues, hope I can help you out here!

 

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using this contact form which should allow you to input your desired email address for a reply, and explain your situation. After you submit the form, check your email and if you got an automated reply directing you to the community, then you need to reply directly to that email to push your case over to a customer services agent who will be touch as soon as possible.

I am in the same situation as the OP. I requested to unsubscribe multiple times. I submitted that contact form a long time ago. I NEVER heard back from anyone, except for an automated email asking me to rate my feedback for what (total lack of) help I received. This is ridiculous! This company is absolutely horrible for thinking it's okay to keep stealing money from people who don't want your service! I'm telling all of my friends to NEVER subscribe to Spotify.
