Spotify on 2 different computers, Different Range of music available?

So i'm a spotify premium user which is fantastic and all however I have had an ongoing problem for a few months now.

At home, I have albums/songs and playlists which are not available at work logged in here.

I use both home and work spotify daily and have signed in and out of both to try and sort it out but it won't shift, at work I have far less albums available when I search.

I don't know if the limited range of music available at work is because I got spotify at home first and maybe you guys think someone is logging in as me and are therefore providing less of a catelog to choose from?

Either way, is there someway I can get the much more extensive catelog I get at home at work too?

Do you maybe have local files stored at home imported into Spotify which are you not able to access at work?

I do, I have quite a considerable music collection which I have had on my ipod over the years.

Would this mean the albums that I am after aren't actually on spotify then?

There is some content that is not on Spotify, but I wouldn't have thought it would be a massive selection.

You can check, any content which has been found locally by spotify in your playlists will have a little music symbol on the same line as it. You can also view all of the local files Spotify has imported by going to the "Local Files" tab on the left of the desktop client.
