Spotify premium problems renewing

Hello from a while ago, I bought a subscription to Premium, I've been renewed month after month without any problems, until one day I received an email stating that Spotify was not able to renew that subscription.
 
Renewed attempt from subscriptions from this site, and jump the misconception that if I have sufficient funds look and stuff, I have my subscription linked to PayPal, so I also have come into my PayPal account have any problems, but everything is correct. I have also tried to pay a subscription with my credit card but it says that the payment was declined.
 
I say this here because I sent two emails from the contact form and have not received a response.
 
Something wrong with the payment system?

Hmm there shouldn't be. I'll look into it.

Anyway, for the time being, could you check the few conditions your card will have to meet for your payment to be successful. Firstly, the card needs to be open for e-commerce, so that you can use it for online purchases (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecard card) and foreign purchases.

Your card will also have to be issued in the same country as the country set your Spotify profile. You can try to update your profile yourself to ensure the card and profile countries match.

Alternatively, you could try and pay through a PayPal account.

Everything is right, and i use a PayPal account for months and have been renewed without problems unitl a few weeks ago I recieved and email from Spotify indicating that there had been renewed in August. What's the big deal? My cards and my PayPal account is correct, something happens are the payments on spotify...

I paid for my renewal 2 days ago, the receipt even shows on my account. But for some reason on my phone it won't work. It keeps saying the content is for premium user only. I really wish there was a number to call. I use the music to teach my dance classes... So I really need this up and running, especially since its paid for. Help please!

ferdi343 - Have you change card recently? If so, you might need to open that card up for both e-commerce and international transactions.

I haven't change the card, and my card works correctly

I sent a message asking them to switch mr renewal from that acct( the facebook was my free one) to my fever80sbaby one because that's the one my playlists are set up on. But I have checked both and neither one of them work. They both send the same message a out premium content.

I contacted Spotify yesterday as I still have 3 days of my free trial remaining but a payment as been taken from my card starting subscription from yesterday. This doesn't seem to have shown up in the system as it still states that a payment will be taken on the 17th when my free trial ends! Can you please let me know what will actually happen on the 17th as I don't want to be double charged and the system to think I'm running two subscriptions.

I seem to have the same problem as this thread started out with. I have a premium account since a couple of years. All payments have gone through and I have not made any amendments to my Spotify account, change of credit card etc. But still my account has switched to the free version with all the commercials and other irritating stuff.

 

Have tried to contact Support two times via contact form but no luck. Very annoying to pay for something and not getting it...

EJ81 - Your previous payment looks to have failed. To get your Premium going again, you'll need to resubscribe.

It wont let me cancel my subscription

I used spotify premium for a month and had it so that it would automatically update my subscription. After one month I received a notification saying that I could not renew my subscription. When I went to do it manually I received a notification that my purchase could not be comepleted and that I should see iTunes support page but that didn't help
