Spotify premium

Hello,

I have been trying to purchase spotify premium for my freind via "givethe gift of music", as a gift however the payment hasnt been going through.

I am 100% sure there is enough money in the bank. When I called the bank and asked why is my Debit card not working online they said on the system their was no history of a payment being declined therefor the problem exists with the vendor i.e. spotify. Moreover I have been able to purchase other things online with the same amount, I also tried to log into my freinds account and pay with my card from there but again it didnt work

If Someone can help me with this or who I can talk to, that will help me sort this out i would be greatfull.

I would suggest you read this FAQ which explains some reasons why your payment might be declined.

The main one to check is that your card is registered in the same country as your Spotify profile.
