Solved!! All playlists and all starred songs are gone

Hi all, Today when login into spotify I saw all my favorites and playlists were gone. It looks like a account problem. Is it fixable? I spent many hours collecting the tracks, so it would be vey much appreciated if it was. Kind regards

spotify premium offline modus not working...

Account Name- Top right corner

It just has my account number in the top right corner.. no picture, no name. I wanted to talk to someone at spotify, cant seem to figure out how to do that. Any way to remedy this?

Solved!! Free trial over and I cancelled but yet I'm still getting charged.

So I did the 30 day free trial thing and I just cancelled today but in my paypal payment to Spotfiy -9.99 USD pending until Jan 28, 2013. Why is it charging me when I cancelled? I don't want no premium.

Purchased Premium, still under free trial but I'm not getting any premium benefits.

Title says it all I guess, I just signed up for the 30 day trial as well as a recurring subscription but both the Spotify program on my PC and the app on my Galaxy S3 are saying I'm not a Premium member, and I'm still getting commercials.
