Hey! i purchased one month with spotify premium yesterday and i activated it with my mobile phone, and now i dont have it ?! i paid 99kroners to get it, and then i expect to acctually get the **bleep**ing **bleep**. so please ! answer me fast

Try log out and then log in back.

And if that doesn't work could you provide a bit more information. What, if any, errors or message are you getting? What do you mean by 'now I don't have it'?

I pay for Spotify Premium each month, and this month too (18 th this month). But now it says that I only have the free version, even though I've paid. What can I do to fix it?

 

Maybe your payment is canceled and can't be processed?

 

Eg. there might be a problem to take money from your credit card, bank declines, no money etc.

Hey winroxz & wiltan - Hpguru is right, there's just been an issue taking your Premium payments this month. 

 

Please make sure your credit cards meet the following requirements: 

 

1. Your card must not have expired.

2. The country set in your Spotify account profile must match the country where your card is registered.

3. Your card should be enabled for e-commerce transactions (Verified by Visa/Mastercard securecard card).

4. Your card must be open to be used for foreign purchases.

5. There are some banks that require other security authentifications, the most common one being 3DSecure.

 

Once you have checked all of the above, please try again to subscribe from the subscription page of your account.
