Very Confused - Please Help

I just signed up to Spotify and it's the most confusing thing I've ever seen...

I WANTED to sign up for the free account, but somehow I've got a 2 day trial of premium - what use is 2 days, huh??

Anyway, I want to change this to the free account, but I can't for the life of me see how to do this.  All I get are screeens about upgrading to the full premium account (i.e. payment details).

Very simply: how do I change my account from a Trial 2 day premium one, to a free ordinary one?  Can anyone answer this exact question.

Hey, 2 days trial is free for you. After this Premium trial you can use Free service or you can get a trial for month, just add Credit Card details to this trial. Just cancel your subscription within trial time and you are safe from be charged to month fee.
