Starred tracks gone completely

Logged in with Facebook... tracks aren't there. I was using Spotify 3 days ago under the same account.

Hi

 I need some help, please. I've been using Spotify free for over a year and have hundreds of starred tracks. I just purchased a Kindle Fire and tried to install the Spotify app. It would not let me log in on the Kindle. So I went to log in on my laptop and now all my starred tracks are gone on my laptop. Any ideas as to what happened and more importantly how to get my tracks back?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

Hopefully a staff member will be able to look into your starred tracks for you, but whilst you wait for someone to see the thread, I would suggest you have a quick read at this post just on the off chance you have accidentally created a duplicate account. 

Also, a premium subscription is required to use Spotify on the Kindle Fire like all other android devices 😉
