I'm subscribed to the "wearehunted" playlist. Every day I get an email saying that the playlist was updated. I don't care... I just want to listen to the music. So months ago I changed my email settings to.. "A playlist I subsribe to is updated" set to NEVER but I still get these darn emails every day.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is there some other setting I need to change? I could just unsubscribe from the wearehunted playlist but I actually like it so don't want to, I just want to stop receiving these emails that clutter my inbox every darn day.

Following those steps should get you back on track.
Apparently, I too have two accounts because I am experiencing the same problem. Additionally, when I try to save things in my profile settings, I get an error message saying "Another account with that email address already exists." Not sure how this happened because I've been a member of Spotify for a long time and have never gotten these pesky emails until about a week ago!
Hi, can you please fix my account as well, its starting to get annoying.
I have the same problem as RunningInCircle & Ic3cool. I tried choosing "Login with Facebook" instead of the usual username + password and was taken to what seems to be an entirely different account in my name.
Could you please delete it for me too?
How would you suggest doing that? I have never set up a second account and only have the log in information for the one account I set up and use.

Hello I am also still receiving email notifications and would like them to stop. I have set my notifactions to NEVER repeatedly. I have checked that they are going to the correct email account linked to my page. Is there any way to stop these incessant emails?

Hi, I disabled the notifications from spotify in my account settings and on the Facebook app but I am still getting spammed with mails about people adding songs to playlists. Why are these settings seemingly not working?
RunningInCircle - As I mentioned before, I've already deleted it. You shouldn't experience any more trouble.
Caitlinrads - I can't seem to find that second account. If you email in here, we'll be able to look into it a little closer.

Same problem as others here - I recieve tons of useless notifications to my e-mail. When I click the "unsubscribe" in one of the mails, I get directed to a page where I need to login. After logging in and changing, I receive the error message that my email address is wrong, since it is connected to another account. I have never, ever created a second account. All of this mess started when you folks connected Spotify to Facebook. Is there really no way I can unsubsribe this myself?

I set the notifications to never and return to see they are back to what they were before I saved my profile. please help.
