Premium user, spotify shows blank message when logging in, and boots me back out

I've been having this problem on my android phone for a while (like, a year, but since I rarely use it I haven't done anyting.) Now it's happening on my laptop too. I log in, see my playlists etc, but there's either a blank window, or window saying "...

I am getting 'someone else using your account' errors, and 112, 114, 117 error. i have tried uninstalling, re-installing, only going via wired connection, turning off switch etc. Is there anyway to diagnose what the actual problem is please?
