Trouble Logging In

Hi,

I was listening to spotify this morning and decided to click on a playlist that came up in my facebook news feed. The playlist started playing, but it asked me to log in. I exed out thinking it would show up in my activity would show on my facebook page. The program shut down and I opened it up again I had been logged out and cannot log back in. I keep on entering my password and it won't work (i'm sure the password is correct and have even logged into the website and changed it. I also tried reinstalling the program, but that also didn't work. I recived serveral text messages with a code to enter in lieu of a password, but that doesn't work either. I also don't have a firewall blocking it. Help please?

So I was able to finally log in, but all my personal playlists and starred tracks are gone. :(. Any way to get them back?
